    Reiki is universal life-force energy. As a practitioner, I help promote the healthy flow of energy in your body for you to access your own healing.

I have never been comfortable with yoga. I am pretty self conscious about my body and it's limitations and do a lot of comparing myself to others in the yoga classes I have taken. I had taken a few classes over the years but the in-studio experience was a bit overwhelming for me. When the pandemic hit, Sharon began to do Saturday morning, donation-based virtual classes. Not only did I have the opportunity to explore my own practice in the comfort of my own home, but Sharon's classes were financially accessible to me during a tough time. Sharon brings a genuine warmth and desire to expand the accessibility of yoga to folks who might not otherwise gain access and this comes across in her teaching style as well as the structure of her offerings. As a result, I have found a love and appreciation for yoga that would have otherwise remained dormant.
